Description of the reason for the changes:
Внесення змін до істотних умов договору на підставі пп. 4 п. 19 Особливостей № 1178 — продовження строку виконання зобов’язань щодо поставки товару у зв'язку з виникненням документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, а саме: зупиненням процедури закупівлі через розгляд скарги в Органі оскарження (АМКУ), що призвело до зміщення строків укладання договору та початку його виконання. Строк поставки товару продовжено до 13.11.2026р. згідно з додатковою угодою №1 від 04.11.2026р.
