Prozorro+ is a platform for meeting the urgent needs of the state and resuming Ukrainian business during the war. It helps customers find suppliers of the most needed goods during martial law, and suppliers to sell their goods through an electronic catalog without paying a commission. Prozorro Plus was created by the joint efforts of Prozorro State Enterprise, Professional Procurement State Institution, SmartTender.biz and other electronic platforms.
Today, more than 350 types of humanitarian goods are available on the platform, which our entire country needs. Among them are food, helicopters, and other electronics, tactical clothing, fuel, household chemicals, and much more. A complete list can be seen in the electronic catalog.
Every businessman working in at least one category of goods published on the platform (at the moment there are more than 150 such categories, including food products, electronics, clothing, etc.) can sell their products on Prozorro+. To do this, you need to follow three simple steps:
After receiving an order in the catalog, the supplier must contact the customer to clarify the need and terms of delivery. After clarification – deliver the goods and receive payment.
Suppliers working on Prozoro Plus do not pay a commission for placing their offers or making a deal with a buyer – working on the platform is completely free for them.

The state customer has two options for cooperation with the Prozorro Plus platform:
When the need is closed, the customer reports on the concluded contracts in separate reports or in the Prozoro+ report.

The main advantages of the Prozorro Plus platform over competitive and direct purchases:
During martial law, defense and public procurement of goods, works, and services can be carried out without applying the procurement and simplified procurement procedures defined by the Laws of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” and “On Defense Procurement” (clause 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 28, 2022 No. 169).
As a procurement contract report is published based on the results of Prozorro+ purchases, such procurements comply with current legislation and regulations.
