The Odesa region is giving another interesting economic news: the property complex of the Zaplazsky sugar factory has been put up for auction. It is expected that the sale of the plant will attract the attention of many potential investors and is likely to stimulate the economic development of the region.

Information About the Object

According to the information presented on the lot page, it is reported that the property complex of Zaplazsky Sugar Factory, located in an advantageous location, namely, 160 km from the port of Odesa, is for sale. The complex has all the necessary communications, which are ready for use:

- functioning railway line to Odesa and Mykolaiv;
- storage facilities;
- platforms;
- administrative buildings;
- hotel.

The customer has provided for the possibility of reimbursement of the costs of participation in the auction. The notice also states that the land of the complex is used on the basis of a lease agreement.

Date of the Auction

The starting price of the lot is UAH 76 million including VAT. The opportunity to participate and submit a bid is valid until 14 May 2023.

The auction itself will take place on 15 May.
