Customer success managers will take calls and provide advice to auction participants on the following schedule:

- December 30 – 08:30–19:30;
- December 31 is a day off;
- January 6 – 08:30–19:30;
- January 7 is a day off.

For organizers of state tenders

The mode of operation of the managers of the department for work with the customers of state tenders during the holidays will be as follows:

- December 30 – 08:30–17:00;
- December 31 is a day off;
- January 6 – 08:30–17:00;
- January 7 is a day off.

For organizers of commercial auctions

The mode of operation of the managers directly working with customers of commercial tenders will be as follows:

- December 30 – 09:00–18:00;
- December 31 is a day off;
- January 6 – 09:00–18:00;
- January 7 is a day off.

For organizers and participants of Prozorro.Sale auctions

Prozorro Sale consultants will work according to the following schedule:

- December 30 – 09:00–19:00;
- December 31 is a day off;
- January 6 – 09:00–19:00;
- January 7 is a day off.
