Shortly, Ukrzaliznytsia will start selling its non-core assets. Within the first stage, 182 objects have already been selected that are no longer used for their intended purpose: non-residential premises, structures, buildings, property complexes, etc. The sale will take place through auctions in Prozorro Sale.

What Objects Will Be Put Up for Sale First?

According to Ivan Yuryk, acting chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia, first, the company plans to conduct a study to what extent the market is interested in its non-core assets. To do this, the first 11 properties that are ready for sale, will be exhibit in Prozoro Sale:

- 4 non-residential premises;
- 6 shops;
- 1 sports club room.

Based on the results of the auctions, a detailed analysis will be carried out, after which the next stages of the sale of non-core assets will begin. According to Ukrzaliznytsia's calculations, the sale of all 182 objects will bring the company at least UAH 18 million.
