JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" is ready to launch auctions for the first 22 non-core assets with a total starting value of UAH 42 million. 14 lots have already been published in Prozorro Sale on July 12. We will talk about what these objects are below.

The first organized auctions will be for the sale of 11 buildings and 11 non-residential premises in the cities of Dnipro, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Sinelnikovo, Smila, and Chop.

According to Ivan Yuryk, acting Chairman of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia, all 22 objects are located in attractive places for doing business, and each potential buyer can personally inspect them.

How Many Objects Are Planned for Sale?

As part of the first stage of the sale of non-core assets, Ukrzaliznytsya plans to sell 182 objects. This is real estate that is no longer used for its intended purpose: non-residential premises, structures, buildings, property complexes, etc.

Recall that at the beginning of July, the company leased out 18 of the 24 planned commercial spaces at the stations.
