Legendary stamps "Russian warship, go ...!" can be purchased again at the Prozorro.Sale Charity Auction! The electronic trading system has already published 15 lots, which will be traded within the next week. Users of SmartTender.biz can take part in the auction.

What Is Included in the Lots?

Each lot consists of the following items:

1. Stamp sheet with 6 stamps "Russian warship, go ...!" denomination F to pay for postage in Ukraine – 1 pc.
2. Envelope with special payment with a postage stamp "Russian warship, go ...!" and the signature of General Director of Ukrposhta – Ihor Smelyansky – 1 pc.

When Will the Auctions Take Place?

Charity auctions for the sale of the most famous stamps of Ukraine will be held on May 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. Three auctions will be held every day. You can view them here.

All proceeds from the sale will go to the KSE Foundation, which since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion has focused on helping Ukrainian doctors, military and civilians.

Basic Rules for Participating in a Charity Auction

To apply for participation in the auction, it is necessary to pay a guarantee fee of UAH 1,000 to the account of the operator of the electronic site. If the participant wins the auction, 50% of this fee goes to pay the commission fee of the site, and the remaining 500 UAH are transferred to the KSE Foundation account as an advance payment for the lot.

After the end of the auction, the winner pays the difference between the prepayment and his/her price offer to the KSE Foundation's account. If the winner refuses to pay for the lot, the guarantee fee is not returned, and the right to buy passes to the next participant.

Each participant who does not become the winner of the auction will be refunded the paid guarantee fee (UAH 1,000) in full. If desired, the participant can send these funds to the charitable account of the KSE Foundation.

The purchased stamps and the envelope will be sent to the winner of the auction at the expense of Ukrposhta.

How to Participate in an Auction on the SmartTender Platform?

To participate in the auction, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Register or log in to SmartTender.biz as a "Supplier". This can be done by any individual, entrepreneur, or legal entity using the link: https://smarttender.biz/en/registration/step1/.
2. Select any auction among those published on this page.
3. Read the conditions of the auction and apply for participation, offering your price offer and paying a guarantee fee.

At the appointed time, the auction will take place in three rounds, during which the participants will alternately raise or leave their price bids the same. The winner is the one with the highest bid at the end of the third round.
