By the end of December, the State Concern Ukroboronprom will publish a complete register of real estate available for rent belonging to the participating enterprises, which is currently not involved in their production processes. Previously, such information was available only to a limited circle of people, but now the process of listing real estate objects will become open and will be implemented in the online trading system Prozorro Sale.

Which Property Will Be Available for Rent?

Today the Concern includes 116 enterprises, which own 7441 real estate objects (this is approximately 9 million sq. m). Surplus assets will be leased: office premises, structures, and buildings with a total area of more than 1.85 million sq. m. Thus, the Concern plans to effectively increase the amount of financial receipts for the improvement and re-equipment of production facilities, as well as to minimize the cost of maintaining unnecessary property.

How to View a List of Properties for Rent?

To make the process of transferring real estate as convenient and transparent as possible, a special register was created, in which the participating enterprises entered detailed data on their surplus assets. It contains the names, descriptions, purpose, and address of objects, lease terms, and contacts of potential landlords.

As of the end of November 2020, more than two hundred real estate objects with a total area of 380 thousand sq. m were already included in the register. All of them are available for viewing in the Prozorro.Sale and will be supplemented.
