"Ukroboronprom" has saved UAH 130 million by buying at SmartTender.biz electronic trading platform.

Thanks to the innovative procurement system - the electronic trading platform SmartTender.biz - GK "Ukroboronprom" has saved more than 130 million hryvnia. This was announced by the First Deputy General Director of the Concern Sergiy Pinkas at a conference devoted to the reform of public procurement in Ukraine.

Today almost all Concern companies have switched to a modern and transparent procurement system. Thus, for the period since October last year, 60 enterprises of the concern conducted 5.7 thousand tenders on the electronic platform SmartTender.biz, which resulted in contracts for the amount of 500 million UAH.

"To date, two key indicators have been achieved in Ukroboronprom: First, the so-called" human factor "has been minimized, now the decision is taken by the machine alone, and secondly, the cost saving has significantly increased - the concern has saved 130 million hryvnias," - noted Sergey Pinqas.

So, every month up to 400-450 new supplier companies join the Concern. "Ukroboronprom" is one of the first industrial giants of the state, which introduced such a system.
