To facilitate the work of the customers, the SmartTender.biz electronic platform has implemented the download function of the application to the annual plan and the annual plan of the pre-formed document in Excel format.

In order to implement it, the customer must download an empty form for filling out the site. To download this form, you need to click on the "Calculation" function in the management console.

Next, in the window that appears, you need to select "Open template example for importing a procurement plan".

Then select the "Download" feature.

After entering this information template, the customer stores this document on his own computer. After opening a downloaded sample template, the customer fills in the corresponding graphs.

Next, the customer must import data from this document, which he has saved, to his office on the electronic platform. And in the future place this data in the ProZorro system.

To import data from Excel, you need to click on the "Import from Excel" function in the control console and click on the "View" button. After these actions, the customer searches for a stored, pre-ordered example template with information about the planning of own purchases on his computer and downloads it.

After uploading documents, a window appears asking if you really want to include the lines you fill in to your e-plane layout. And you choose the right answer.

After that, each graph of your plan must be synchronized with the ProZorro system and signed electronically with a digital signature. To do this, the customer is positioned on the graph of the plan and on the console presses the function "Synchronize with ProZorro".

The system then proposes to sign the document electronically and digitally. The customer uploads his key of electronic-digital signature.

After synchronizing the application graph to the annual plan with the ProZorro system, this information receives its own individual number in the Central database system (central database). Such information since the receipt of an individual number in the TSB is available for viewing by anyone, regardless of whether he or she is registered on one of the authorized electronic platforms or not.
