As part of the privatization of the alcohol industry in the Prozorro Sale system, another distillery was put up – in the Trostyanets village, Vinnytsia region. The starting price of the lot is UAH 44,012,958.

More About the Lot

The single property complex of the State Enterprise "Trostyanetsky distillery" includes 67 units of real estate with a total area of 21,102.1 square meters and several land plots. These are, in particular, such buildings and structures: a workshop, a boiler room, vats, warehouses, garages, administrative and utility buildings, etc.

Also, as of 08/31/2021, the company has 31 units of vehicles on its balance sheet.

Under What Conditions Will the Property Be Sold?

According to the terms of the sale of Trostyanetsky distillery, the buyer undertakes to maintain the core business of the enterprise for 1 year. Also, neither buyer nor the authorized body can initiate the dismissal of the plant workers within 6 months.

Recall that the demonopolization of alcohol production in Ukraine began in the fall of 2020. The state plans to put up for sale 41 objects of alcohol assets of the State Enterprise "Ukrspyrt".
