Amber Prozorro Sale

The State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine has supplemented the Investment Atlas with 36 new areas with amber deposits. All of them were prepared with the participation of local regional state administrations and will be put up for implementation in the Prozorro Sale with a starting price of a lot of UAH 34,000 per 1 ha.

More about objects

The list includes the following objects with deposits of sun stone:

- 18 sites in the Zhytomyr region;
- 15 sites in the Rivne region;
- 3 sites in the Volyn region.

Potential tenants are offered a "through" special permit, which gives the right to geological exploration and further production for five years. Anyone can independently initiate any selected site for an open auction and take part in it. As always, the winner of the auction will be the company that offers the highest price for the lot.

According to Roman Opimakh, the chairman of the State Geological Survey, in addition to the above objects, two more sites with deposits of sun stone will be put up for auction. Now they are being approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
