In Ukraine, railway carriage rental by electronic auctions will soon start in the ProZorro.Sale system!
This means that it is now possible to rent railway carriages for the transportation of goods on a competitive basis.

Shippers, cargo owners, forwarders, etc. can participate. To do this, you need to register on the platform, which is connected to the ProZorro.Sale system.

Because SmartTender.biz is one of the first electronic platforms connected to the ProZorro.Sale system, we offer everyone to take part in electronic auctions. To do this, you must do the following steps:

Sign an agreement with Ukrzaliznytsya (in case of its absence).
Complete the registration procedure and receive a corresponding confirmation and an individual participant code from the operator of the electronic platform.
After successful registration, send an appeal to the UZorro@uz-cargo.com mailbox to receive the text of the supplementary agreement to the contract on the provision of services for the carriage of goods by rail.
After signing the received supplementary agreement, immediately send it to the Center for Transport Logistics of Ukrzaliznytsia or the corresponding regional branch of Ukrzaliznytsya, where the agreement on the provision of services was concluded, for signing by Ukrzaliznytsya and registering in an electronic database.
