SmartTender.biz users will be able to see all the qualification information of each e-catalog provider soon. A new attachment will appear on the Prozorro Market page – the "Register of Qualified Suppliers", which will show the qualification status of a supplier in a particular category.

What Is It for?

The register of qualified suppliers has been developed for the more convenient operation of the Centralized Purchasing Organizations (they administer the catalog and are responsible for conducting qualifications). With the help of this functionality, CPOs will be able to manage the status of a supplier in the catalog: activate it, block it or disqualify it.

If the supplier's status changes, the system will automatically send him a notification by e-mail.

What Information Can Be Found Out from the Register?

For each supplier, you will be able to see the following information:

- in what categories and when exactly did he qualify;
- what status does he have in these categories;
- when exactly he was assigned such a status (with a history of status changes).

An Important Feature of the Registry

Please note that one qualification can have only one register. For a better understanding, let's explain with an example:

If CPO announces recruitment to the catalog under the code "30190000-7 (Different office equipment and accessories)", after passing the qualification, the participant will have access to all categories of the lower order, such as:

- "30197630-1 (Printing paper)";
- "30199230-1 (Envelopes)";
- "30197210-1 (Folders-registrars)".

But if, over time, CPO creates a separate ad in the category "30197630-1 (Printing paper)", then only those participants who qualify for this code will be able to publish the relevant goods and participate in the quotation request procedure in the Prozorro Market. The qualification status of the remaining suppliers in the registry for this code, which is in the subset, will change to “Inactive”.
