From August 31, 2021, changes will take place in Prozorro Market in the procedure for participation in price quotation requests. Previously, suppliers who responded to a customer's request in the catalog were required to upload supporting documents to their quotation. Instead, now, when submitting an offer, the marketplace system will automatically generate a PDF file with a specification for the product proposed by the participant. The information will be taken from the electronic fields that the CPO prescribes when adding goods to the Prozorro Market.

This update will help save time for participants in the inquiry procedure and will provide an additional incentive to fill in product advertisements with up-to-date information.

How to Participate in the Price Quotation Request?

The price quotation request procedure allows customers to purchase goods in Prozorro Market for up to UAH 200,000. It is as follows:

1. The buyer publishes a request for the purchase of a specific product in the catalog.
2. Suppliers in response send the price for which they are ready to sell the product.
3. The system automatically selects the participant with the most advantageous offer as the winner.
