From January 25, for the third time, the popular weekly course "Prozorro Secrets for Suppliers" will be held by Kyrylo Popov, an experienced supplier with a successful 14-year experience in the field of public procurement. In this course, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to quickly become familiar with the “rules of the game” in the public tender market, build successful strategies for their participation in procurement, and increase the chances of future victories.

Who Are the Speakers?

Kyrylo Popov has been working in public procurement for 14 years. During this time, he won more than 1,000 tenders (this is 70% of all government tenders in which he took part). Now the speaker works as the head of the sales department of a dairy production plant, and the average annual sales of products that his company carries out in the Prozorro system is 25-30 million hryvnia.

Kateryna Zolotarova has been working with suppliers and government customers of the Prozorro system since 2016. During this time, she was the speaker in more than 50 online and offline training events that helped students understand the technical aspects of working with the system and deepen their knowledge in the field of public procurement.

The course will take place on January 25 – February 4 and will consist of 4 lectures and an additional session with an analysis of your questions and cases. During the course, you will study the following topics:

1. What are the advantages of government procurement, and what benefits do they provide to business?
2. What are government customers and what determines their decisions on the selection of bids and the selection of the winner? How to work with each type of customer?
3. How to read the tender documents so as not to miss any nuances, and how to prepare your tender proposal?
4. How to analyze competitors and determine your chances of winning?
5. How to choose an electronic platform to work in Prozorro. How to find interesting purchases and participate in them with the help of site functionality.
6. How to build competitive and pricing strategies for participation in the tender?
7. Participation in the auction: tactics and actions in the bidding process.
8. When should a complaint be filed with the AMCU and how to increase the chances of successful protection of your rights?
9. Contract work and additional agreements signing. How to cooperate with the customer as comfortably as possible?

During the lessons, you will be able to ask any questions on the topic of public procurement and get homework, completing which you will deal with theoretical materials in detail. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an appropriate B2G Consulting certificate.
