Starting from July 3, all registered users of the SmartTender will have the opportunity to receive a certificate of no criminal record not only in electronic but also in paper form again.

How to Get a Certificate From the MIA Quickly

To obtain a certificate of no criminal record, use the convenient functionality of our site. All you have to do is go to the certificate order page and follow three simple steps:

1. Upload your EDS/QES in the appropriate window.
2. Fill the form.
3. Send a request.

You can also order a certificate in your account by selecting the item "Pay services" – "MIA certificates", or on the page of submission of the tender offer to the selected tender.

SmartTender users typically receive a ready-made certificate within a few hours. And only in some cases, the production can take up to two working days.

Why Do You Need a Certificate of No Criminal Record

After winning the public procurement, you will need to provide the customer with documents confirming the absence of grounds for rejection of your proposal (Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement") within ten days. A certificate of no criminal record is one of such documents, and its absence is a serious reason for disqualification.
