New SmartTender office of the organiser

Our platform has implemented an updated interface of the Prozorro.Sale office of the organiser of state auctions. Now, depending on your type of registration, you will always have the bidding directions you need at your fingertips! The new design will not only make the bidding process more convenient, but also add speed to your daily tasks. So today, let's take a step-by-step look at the changes that will definitely make it easier for you to work with trades and what you need to do to take advantage of the new functionality.

What has changed?

Let's start by looking at how you can use the new interface. There are two simple ways to access your personal office:

1. On the home page of the website, click the “My Office” button (fig. 1):

2. On any page of the site, hover over the circle with the initials in the right corner of the page and select the “My Office” section (fig. 2):

After you have logged in to your personal office, a page will open with the following fields (fig. 3):

1. Full name of the contact person and the name of the organisation for which this office is opened.
2. Notifications section – all general notifications from SmartTender; Prozorro.Sale – notifications only for the procurement.
3. Academy Instructions – allows you to get acquainted with all available instructions for Prozorro.Sale.
4. Profile section – helps to go to the page for editing the organisation's profile.
5. Change password – allows you to change the password to your office.
6. Bidding directions that are connected to this personal office and the ability to create or view procedures for the relevant directions.

Bidding directions in your personal office

Now, depending on how you are registered, you will have access to different bidding directions in your personal office.

1. For the organiser under the Procedure and the Lessor of state and municipal property

The following bidding directions are available in your personal office (fig. 3):

1. Lease under the Law of Ukraine – procedures for leasing state and municipal property in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Lease of State and Municipal Property”.
2. Sale of property – sale procedures in accordance with the Regulations of the CDB2.
3. Lease of property – lease procedures in accordance with the Regulations of the CDB2.

2. For the organiser of the Privatisation of state and municipal property

The following areas of bidding are available in your personal office (fig. 4):

1. Small-scale privatisation – privatisation procedures up to UAH 250 million, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Privatisation of State and Municipal Property”.
2. Large-scale privatisation – privatisation procedures over UAH 250 million, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Privatisation of State and Municipal Property”.

3. For the organiser of land auctions and seized land

The following bidding directions are available in your personal office (fig. 5):

1. Land auctions – procedures for land in accordance with the Land Code and Resolution 1013 “Certain Issues of Preparation for and Conduct of Land Auctions for the Sale of Land Plots and Acquisition of Rights to Use Them (Lease, Superficies, Effeasance)”.
2. Alienation – sale procedures in accordance with Resolution 803 “On Approval of the Procedure for Alienation of State-Owned Property”.
