A 3-month certification training course for ambitious procurement professionals who will learn to achieve a minimum of 15% savings in procurement costs through quality internal processes and optimal use of the organization’s resources.

As a result of successful completion of the program, the graduate of the program receives a certificate of advanced training in the program “Procurement Manager” (postgraduate education).

As a result of the course you will learn:

- qualitatively evaluate the internal and external environment of the functioning of your purchasing department;
- analyze procurement data and make decisions based on analysis results;
- build business processes and understand the contribution of each transaction to the procurement function;
- measure and communicate the value created by the purchasing department for the organization;
- safeguard their position in negotiations with suppliers and management;
- find, test and build sustainable relationships with suppliers;
- to draw up, read, execute and accompany contracts;
- implement digital solutions in the procurement department.

Duration and Format:

13 weeks, 6-8 hours/week online, 2 offline workshops (quarantine – online)

Blended Learning Format,Including:

- 13 online tutorials with videos, synopses, document templates, online lectures by course trainers with professional knowledge in procurement management based on the best world experience, outlined in brief text summaries;
- Online tests for self-assessment of students;
- Online homework for each lesson;
- 2 two-day offline practicum (quarantine – online) aimed at mastering and summarizing the acquired skills with lecturers and classmates (group work, discussing cases, sharing experience). For the convenience of the listeners, all workshops are scheduled on weekends;
- Individual project “Developing a Categorical Strategy (Selected Category)”, which is based on passing all the lessons of the program and summarizes all the learning experience gained by the student;
- A mandatory component of the educational process and the certification requirement is the implementation of a hands-on project that addresses the specific tasks of the organization where the program participant works. Project topics are selected by students with the help of mentors – to ensure maximum relevance to the needs of the organization and the acquisition of targeted skills.
