Last week the first lots were published in the electronic system Prozorro.Sale for the lease and sale of plots of land that are communally owned. We invite you to find out what these lots are and how to take part in the auctions.

About the Lots for Rent

Today you can take part in auctions for the lease of such land plots:

Kakhovka district of Kherson region:

1. A plot of 2.1 hectares on the territory of Tavrichanka village council. The starting price of the lot is UAH 5,088.42. Applications of participants are accepted until November 8. You can find out the details on the ad page.
2. A plot of 19.64 hectares on the territory of Tavrichanka village council. The starting price of the lot is UAH 47,589.83. Applications of participants are accepted until November 10. Details can be found here.
3. A plot of 14.2691 hectares on the territory of Prysyvash village council. The starting price of the lot is UAH 44,183.98. Applications of participants are accepted until November 11. Details can be found here.
4. A plot of 19.8838 hectares on the territory of Prysyvash village council. The starting price of the lot is UAH 60,198.11. Applications of participants are accepted until November 11. Details can be found here.

Lviv region:

1. A plot of 14.0044 hectares on the territory of Lopatyn village council in the village of Nyvytsia, (within the settlement) (Chervonohrad district). The starting price of the lot is UAH 22,999.49. Applications of participants are accepted until November 8. Details can be found here.
2. A plot of 1.3 hectares at the address: Drohobych, V. Velykyi street. The starting price of the lot is UAH 223,186.65. Applications of participants are accepted until November 7. Details can be found here.

1. A plot of 6.1987 hectares on the territory of Zguriv village council (outside the settlement) (Brovarsky district of Kyiv region). The starting price of the lot is UAH 18,042.74. Applications of participants are accepted until November 10. Details can be found here.
2. A plot of 0.03 hectares in the village of Dobroslav (Odessa district, Odessa region). The starting price of the lot is UAH 40,516.26. Applications of participants are accepted until November 14. Details can be found here.

About the Lots for Sale

Currently, you can participate in auctions for the sale of the following land plots:

1. A detached plot of land near the Kyiv-Odessa highway with an area of 8.6208 hectares at the address: Odesa region, Lyubashiv district, near the village of Troitske. The starting price of the lot is UAH 3,077,754. Applications of participants are accepted until November 8. Details can be found here.
2. A plot of 0.2316 hectares at the address: Lviv region, Kamianka-Buzka district, Kamianka-Buzka, Nezalezhnosti street. The starting price of the lot is UAH 704,180. Applications of participants are accepted until November 7. Details can be found here.
3. A plot of 2.5434 hectares at the address: Vinnytsia region, Pohrebyshche district, Zbarzhiv village council. The starting price of the lot is UAH 69,409.39. Applications of participants are accepted until November 7. Details can be found here.

How to Get a Communal Property for Use?

To take part in an auction for the lease or sale of land and get it for use, follow these steps:

1. Register on the SmartTender.biz site as a bidder or log into your account if you are already registered.
2. Open the detailed information page for the selected lot.
3. Apply to participate in the auction. In it, indicate your price offer for the lot (it must be at least as specified in the ad).
4. Wait for the day of the auction and take part in it. Trades are held in the format of increasing the starting price. The participant with the highest bid wins.
5. In case of victory, sign the necessary documents with the organizer.
