Competition Analysis

The SmartTender team has developed a useful new module "Competition Analysis" for its users, which will help public procurement suppliers make their procurement participation strategy even more effectively and increase the chances of winning.

About the New Functionality

The new section "Competition Analysis" is already available as a tab on the detailed information page about the public tender (Fig. 1).

This attachment displays the following information:

1. Total stats – data on all purchases of the customer, previously published in the same CPV category, to which the tender, on the page of which you are viewing this information, belongs (Fig. 2).

2. Similar purchases by the organizer – information about the completed purchases of the organizer in the same CPV category, to which the tender, on the page of which you are viewing this information, belongs (Fig. 3).

3. Competitor analysis – data on suppliers that took part in the customer's purchases in the same CPV category, to which the tender, on the page of which you are viewing this information, belongs (Fig. 4).

4. The buttons "Competitor Analytics" and "Organizer Analytics" (Fig. 5), with the help of which the transition to the customer's page will be carried out (it will be implemented on the site later).

About the Customer`s Page

The customer's page will display general procurement statistics, information about current, active, and completed purchases, suppliers who participated in the customer's purchases, and plans published by the customer. Analytical information can be filtered, including by classifier.

The page is currently under development. As soon as the new functionality is connected to users, we will immediately inform you about it. Stay tuned for news and emails from SmartTender.

Who Can Use the New Functionality?

The “Competition Analysis” section is available only for registered users of the SmartTender.biz.

Registration on the site

You can register on the site by following three simple steps:

1. Open the registration form.
2. Fill in the appropriate fields.
3. Wait for confirmation by email that your account has been successfully created.
