Since the need to simplify the reporting procedure became more and more urgent, Prozorro decided to implement the corresponding improvement on electronic platforms. So, soon the process of submitting a report in the electronic procurement system will become easier for government customers working on SmartTender.biz.

Recall that, according to Decree No. 169 of February 28, 2022, defense and public procurement under martial law can be carried out without the use of procurement procedures – based on their results, a report on the procurement contract must be published. In March, 125,000 such reports were published.

What Will Change in the Reporting Procedure?

The reporting process will be simplified as follows:

1. The report will be published in one stage, instead of three, as it was before. It will be enough to fill the information in only one form, and at the end apply an electronic signature to the entire report once.
2. Some electronic fields will become optional, which are not provided for in the report form established by the Law on Public Procurement. Previously, they had to be filled out.
3. Duplication (the need to enter several times) of the cost in the report will be removed.
4. Pre-filling of some fields will appear, for example, dates of delivery dates or the validity of the contract. Most of the concluded contracts are valid until the end of the year, so now December 31 of the current year will be selected in the electronic field by default. You can change the data if necessary.

All this will help save time for government customers in conditions when it is necessary to make purchases as soon as possible.
