Users of the SmartTender.biz have the opportunity to use the preemptive right in auctions to extend their current lease agreements. Such functionality was launched in the Prozorro Sale system.

What Opportunities Does the New Functionality Provide?

SmartTender.biz users can now perform such actions:

1. Existing tenants of the property have the opportunity to agree to pay rent equal to the bid price of the bidder who submitted the highest bid for the lot, or to agree to pay rent equal to the bid price of the bidder with the next largest bid by clicking the corresponding electronic button during the auction for the extension of the lease agreement.
2. The organizers can correct technical errors (omissions) contained in the announcement of the auction. This is given 2 working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the electronic trading system.
3. Organizers can create auction announcements for an object that is listed in the property list in the electronic trading system.

These changes were implemented to fulfill the norms of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 483 "Some issues of renting state and communal property" dated June 3, 2020.

Important Additions About the User's Account

All preemptive auctions (lease renewals) and the first English auction must be published exclusively in the new cabinet.

In the new personal account, users will be able to lease property and announce tenders only for the objects specified in the List.

Auctions announced before June 1, 2021, will end in the old software and therefore will not provide the ability to apply the new functionality.
