SmartTender and ProZorro New Year Schedule

On New Year's and Christmas holidays, our platform will work by the schedule recommended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. You can familiarize yourself with the operating mode of individual SmartTender direction.

For Participants in Commercial and Public Tenders

Client success development managers will receive calls and provide advice to participants on the following schedule:

- December 21 – 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm;
- December 25 – day off;
- December 28 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- December 30 – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm;
- December 31 – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- January 1 and 7 – are days off;
- January 6 – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm$
- January 11 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Please note that December 30 is a reduced working day, and December 31 – before lunch incl.

For Organizers and Bidders of Prozorro.Sale

Prozorro Sale user consultants will work according to the standard holiday schedule approved by the Cabinet:

- December 21 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- December 24 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- December 28 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- December 25, 30 and 31 – are days off;
- January 1, 6 and 7 – are days off;
- January 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10 – 9:00 am to 7:00 pm;
- January 11 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

For organizers of commercial and government tenders

The working hours of the managers of the direction for working with state and commercial customers on holidays will also be standard:

- December 21 – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
- December 24 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm;
- December 28 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm;
- December 25, 30 and 31 – are days off;
- January 1, 6 and 7 – are days off;
- January 11 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

ProZorro Public Procurement System

On the ProZorro system, there will be no bidding on working Saturdays (December 21 and 28, as well as January 11). Tender dates are determined automatically by the system and are assigned only on non-holiday days from Monday to Friday.
