New functionality has appeared on the SmartTender.biz – the button "Complain about the supplier", which can be used by all state customers that are faced with unfair work of suppliers of consumer goods in Prozorro Market.

How to Use the New Functionality?

To file a complaint, it is enough to follow simple steps:

1. Press the button "Complain about the supplier".
2. Fill out a Google form.

Please note that there is no provision for filing a complaint against pharmaceutical suppliers in Prozorro Market.

The button "Complain about the supplier" will be available on several pages of the SmartTender.biz site:

1. On the product page opposite each supplier (Fig. 1).

What Actions Can Customers File a Complaint About?

The following actions of the supplier are considered unfair:

- indication the price of the goods in the catalog, which is not true;
- indication the characteristics of the goods in the catalog that do not correspond to its actual characteristics;
- publication of a falsified product in an ad (this fact is confirmed by a letter from the manufacturer and/or an official representative);
- indication of irrelevant contacts in the announcement;
- violation of the terms of notification of changes in details;
- non-compliance with the terms of ordering (the supplier does not respond for more than 2 days);
- refusal to sign an agreement on the terms specified in the offer.

Based on the results of consideration of the complaint, the administrator decides on the presence or absence of a violation.

If a supplier commits three violations within a month or five violations within three months, their offers will be automatically hidden from the catalog for 90 days.
