More About the "Checking the Participants in Public Procurement in One Click" Training

It is the responsibility of the customer to identify the non-compliance of the participants with the criteria specified in the Law "On Public Procurement" (hereinafter the Law). At the same time, ignoring such inconsistencies is considered a violation of the Law and can have serious consequences for the organizer’s representative (from a fine to confiscation of property and imprisonment).

Webinar attendees will learn how to automatically check using YouControl tools for grounds for refusing to participate in the procurement procedure by Art. 17 of the Law. In particular, does the participant have sanctions, court cases related to corruption, fines of the AMCU, relations with other participants or the customer of the tender, tax debts, and other factors of non-compliance.

After the training, listeners will be provided with free test access to the new YouControl "Tenders" module.
