Many commercial customers have an internal security service that checks the reliability of suppliers and analyzes the potential risks of cooperation with them. Therefore, such companies had a request to expand the functionality of Smart Procurement with additional tools that would simplify the verification process. We constantly listen to the needs of our users, so this time we added a new role to the interface of the commercial organizer's office – "Security Service".

What Options Do Users Have Under the "Security Service" Role?

Company users who have this role on the site can perform the following actions:

1. View data on the supplier's organization:

- - information from the Opendatabot, YouControl, and BI Prozorro services (if the company participated in public procurement);
  - data on the activity, achievements, and duration of the supplier's work on SmartTender.biz;
  - feedback and evaluations of other customers about cooperation.

2. Enter information into the interfaces:

- - "Stop list" – allows to prohibit specific suppliers from participating in the customer's purchases;
- - "CRM. My suppliers" – allows to fill in data on the results of the inspection and previous cooperation with the supplier.

Smart Procurement

Thanks to the new role, the customer's security service no longer needs to contact the purchasers to obtain for review the documents that the supplier has provided as part of their proposal. Now such employees can independently go to the electronic platform, review all the necessary information and write a decision for the purchaser in the Smart Procurement system. This is very convenient because it removes the need to conduct correspondence by mail – all data is immediately displayed in the organizer's office, similar to the CRM system.

How to Give a User the Security Service Role?

For an employee to have the opportunity to work under the role of "Security Service", after their registration on the SmartTender.biz site, the company administrator must assign them the appropriate role.
