From the next Monday, October 21, 2019, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 865 dated October 2, 2019 “Issues of the operation of an electronic trading system for the sale of property of debtors in bankruptcy (insolvency) cases” will come into force.

The document provides for a transparent and competitive sale of debtors' property in the ProZorro Sales system. Access to auctions will also be possible from our platform.

Auction Procedure

Starting next week, the list of lots of ProZorro. Sales will begin to replenish with the property of debtor companies in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings have been opened.

Who Can Participate and Win Auctions

Legal entities and individuals will be able to submit applications, place bids and win tenders.

How to Apply for Bidding

To gain access to auctions for the sale of property of bankrupt companies, you need:

1. Register on the official ETP of ProZorro.
2. Find a suitable auction.
3. Apply (for each lot separately).
4. Pay the guarantee fee to the operator.

To register, the participant must provide their personal data (or data about their company). Applications can be submitted until the evening of the day that precedes the day of bidding.

What Time Will Trades Go

ProZorro.Sales auctions will take place on business days from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
