About the Speaker

Public procurement expert Anna Sulyma work as an employee of the Antimonopoly Committee for two years. During this time, she rose from the position of chief specialist to deputy head of the department in the Department of Appeals of Public Procurements of the AMCU, reviewed and wrote decisions for more than 2,000 complaints.

Today Anna collaborates with the team of the "League of Antitrust" platform, where she shares her experience with participants in the field of public procurement.

The course will be held online from February 1-5 and will consist of 3 lectures and an additional session with an analysis of your questions and cases. During this time, you will learn the following topics:

2. The main details of the complaint and a reasoned justification for the claims.
3. How to distinguish when your offer does not meet customer conditions, and when such conditions are discriminatory?
4. How to bypass "traps" in tender documents terms?
5. When the appeal has no chance of being satisfied by the AMCU Collegium?
6. New edition of the Law "On Public Procurement" in the context of appeal: 24 hours to correct mistakes, appeal against cancellation of the tender, abnormally low price, etc.
7. A complaint through the eyes of the AMCU Collegium – practical advice on how to arrange a complaint so that you can be understood and heard.
8. The practice of the Collegium: its powers and the logic of decision-making.
9. How to personally participate in AMCU meetings and what to expect?
