Stepan Kubiv and Maksym Nefodov presented a new analytical service ProZvit

Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv and his first deputy Maksym Nefodov presented a new analytical service ProZvit. The module summarizes in open access to the financial indicators of more than 3,600 state-owned enterprises. Specialists contributed to the creation of the tool:

Support teams for reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development;
Prozorro.Sale system;
Transparency International Ukraine;
German Society for International Cooperation.

The database is filled for subsequent analytics from the beginning of 2019. For the entire public sector, a provision has been introduced for mandatory filing of electronic financial reporting, including financial plans.

What is the ProZvit Module Created for?

The main reasons for launching another analytical module can be called the consistent implementation of the principles of openness “everyone sees everything” in the data and building an effective e-State.

The online aggregator of financial reports will allow better managing state-owned enterprises, as well as really representing the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the institutions. The service will also provide participants of public procurement the information about a potential customer. Buyers at ProZorro.Sale auctions will help evaluate the profitability of the assets sold and make an informed decision about their purchase.
