Prozorro.Sale State Enterprise, together with the teams of the Ministry of Digital Development and the Diya.Business project created a digital interaction platform that will help businesses with relocation. In the coming days, SmartTender.biz users will be able to submit applications through the site, and Prozorro.Sale will launch a website with full information about this service.

How Does the Platform Work?

Enterprises that need to move to safer places on the territory of Ukraine, as well as companies that are ready to rent or sell premises and other property to such enterprises, can submit a corresponding application at the number: + 38 099 002 79 96.

After applying, its status will be "Processing" - this will be visible in the personal account on the electronic site from which it was submitted (for example, SmartTender.biz). As soon as the application is processed, the company will be contacted using the contacts indicated in it. Prozorro.Sale plans to complete the functionality so that it will be possible to see the current status of your request in real-time.

The platform consolidates all applications in one place and allows you to quickly process requests and monitor the moving process online. It will work based on the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading systems and electronic platforms. Working on the platform is free for all users.

Who Helps With Relocation?

It is important for the country's economy that as many businesses as possible continue to operate, provide jobs and pay taxes. Therefore, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrposhta, Ukrzaliznytsia, state, and military-civilian administrations, and other institutions will help companies with the relocation process. They will process applications and be responsible for logistics.

In total, 14 regions have already joined the program to move businesses to safe places in Ukraine. For example, more than 40 production facilities have already been moved to the Lviv region.

How Many Applications Have Already Been Submitted?

Even before the launch of the platform, the Ministry of Economy received more than 1,500 applications for relocation. As a result, 216 enterprises have already been evacuated, and 97 of them have resumed work at a new location.

With the advent of the platform, it will be much easier to process applications and move production facilities, so that even more businesses will be able to resume their work shortly.
