Prozorro, together with SmartTender.biz and other Ukrainian electronic platforms, has created the Prozorro+ platform. It will help government agencies to make the most necessary purchases quickly, and businesses resume their activities during martial law. The functionality of the platform is similar to the electronic catalog Prozorro Market, with the difference that here suppliers will not pay a fee for concluding contracts, i.e. will be able to receive orders for free.

What Can You Sell and Buy on the Prozorro+ Platform?

The Prozorro+ catalog already presents 110 categories of the most necessary goods for the humanitarian needs of the country. Among them are food, overalls, fuel, defense, generators, electronics, household chemicals, and more.

Who Will Place Orders on the Platform?

Customers of Prozorro+ will be local and state authorities, humanitarian headquarters, as well as military and civil administrations from all over Ukraine. All of them will be able to publish their request to purchase goods, read the list of suppliers working in this category, and choose the best offer.

They will be assisted in their work by a team of volunteers who will analyze the Prozorro customer base (which are all suppliers registered on SmartTender.biz and other Ukrainian electronic platforms).

Who Can Become a Supplier on Prozorro+?
