On June 24, 2022, with the adoption of amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 169, the government returned mandatory public procurement for most public customers. How Will the Concept of Prozorro+ Change?

Previously, the Prozorro+ platform was used by government customers to quickly purchase humanitarian goods during the war. If necessary, the customer could perform the following actions:

- publish a request to search for a supplier of the required product;
- publish the need for goods to receive donor funding for their purchase.

From now on, government customers will only use Prozorro+ to submit a need for goods for which they do not have funding. But to search for a supplier, it is enough to use the Prozorro Market electronic catalog. All business representatives are registered on this marketplace, ready to sell products, electronics, personal protective equipment, and other goods that are needed in wartime.

How to Use ProZorro+?

To receive financial support for the purchase, find the desired product in the Prozorro Market e-catalog and indicate when placing an order that you can’t finance.

The Prozorro+ team will pass on information about your need to donors, humanitarian headquarters, and volunteer organizations.

After receiving the required goods, you must submit a report.
