Online testing of authorized persons has begun on the Prozorro portal. All employees of government agencies holding or planning to hold this position can take the test at the link: https://exam.prozorro.gov.ua/.

Please note, that the testing is mandatory - from January 1, 2022, only authorized persons who have confirmed possession of basic knowledge in the field of public procurement will be able to be responsible for the procurement of state customers.

General Rules

Testing takes place according to the following rules:

- the test consists of 50 questions, each has 4 variants of answers;
- 60 minutes are given for answers;
- you need at least 30 correct answers to pass the test;
- it is allowed to answer questions in random or sequential order;
- you can exit testing and return to it until the 60 minutes allotted for it have ended;
- in case of successful completion, the system will generate a corresponding certificate;
- you can retake the test 72 hours after the previous unsuccessful attempt.

To pass the test and receive the results, the authorized person must have an electronic signature (QES or IES).
