1. Tenders Smart Search

The smart search engine with optimized algorithms will always help to find exactly those purchases that fully meet the user's expectations. The automatic translation of the search query from Ukrainian into Russian and vice versa helps in this new tool.

Not sure where to start your search? Enter a keyword in the search box and you will receive all tenders with such a purchase item! You will also find the procedure by the tender number or CPV code of the relevant procurement item. And if you enter the name or EDRPOU code of the desired customer in the search, you will find all the purchases in which it appears.

2. Quick Search By Categories of Your Subscription

The updated SmartTender bidding search interface supports quick filtering of results by the same CPV categories (excluding other settings) for which your Email Subscription of tenders is compiled. You no longer need to constantly enter the same data. Just one click in the checkbox and you will receive a list of tenders for the classifier codes of interest to you. Choose the publication date you need, find tenders first and win!

3. Additional Filters

The new search page allows you to easily select only the desired results, finding tenders for yourself using additional filters:

1. Procurement Manager (who is assigned to bid).
2. Name or code of EDRPOU of the customer.
3. Bidding category (according to the code of the State Classifier CPV).
4. The current status of the tender.
5. Type of bidding.
6. Type of purchase item.
7. Terms of payment (including with advances).
8. Region (customer location or delivery address).
9. Rozmіr hourly rates at the tender.
10. Dates of the procurement stages.

Particularly noteworthy are the new filters, which can greatly facilitate your work with purchases.

Status of My Purchases

An additional and very important category of new filters is “Status of My Purchases”. With its help, you can find all tenders in which, for example, a bid of a participant is waiting for consideration or disqualification has occurred. All this significantly increases the efficiency and speed of the search for the most relevant tenders, and as a result - increases the likelihood of victory in public bidding or commercial procurement.

Type of Purchase Item

Another new filter is the “Type of Purchase Item”, thanks to which you can immediately look for tenders in which the procurement item belongs to one of three main groups:

- goods;
- services;
- works.

Terms of Payment

The next filter implemented on the new bid search page is the “Terms of Payment”. With it, you can filter trades in advance and after payment.

Another innovation in the filter list is “Procurement Manager”. This item will help you find all the procedures in which a specific manager is assigned. This will be needed both by the managers themselves so that they can easily find all their tenders planned for participation, as well as company administrators who want to better control the procurement processes.

4. Creating Personal Filters

Perhaps the most important innovation of the updated search page is the ability to create and save an unlimited number of custom filters! You no longer need to repeat the same routine operations each time – prepare your own set of criteria for finding the procedures you need and save your time!

5. Parallel End-to-End Search for Commercial and State Tenders

The search now works simultaneously in Prozorro's public procurement and commercial bidding on SmartTender. If you are looking for interesting purchases on the Prozorro procurement page, then we will also immediately show you the number of such purchases on the commercial tenders page along with links to them and vice versa. Participate in all available procedures at the same time! So you can win much more often. Do not forget that participation in commercial tenders is free for the supplier!

6. New Sorting Options

For added convenience and more complete correspondence of the found tenders to the entered search query, there are as many as 6 options for sorting the results. If you enter a search query, sorting is automatically performed according to the relevance of the specified keywords, but you can always specify a sort that is more suitable at the moment:

- by the date of publication of the purchase;
- by the deadline for accepting offers;
- by auction date;
- from a larger starting bid;
- from a lower starting bid.

If you don’t choose the type of sorting yourself, the page will first show tenders with current statuses. Find only the most relevant and useful purchases so as not to waste time and win more often!

7. Tabs for Tenders

For the most simple and convenient orientation in selected purchases, the following tabs appeared on the search page:

1. "Participate."
2. The Chosen.
3. "Planned."
4. "Victory".
5. "Unsuccessful."
6. "Unprocessed."
7. "Viewed."

Each tab has a special counter that displays the number of purchases added to it. Also, if necessary, you can unload all the data in excel file format from any tab.

8. Maximum Information on the Search Page

Thanks to the new interface, some operations can be carried out directly from the search results with the click of a button regarding the tenders found:

- plan a tender for yourself or another manager (if you are an administrator);
- add a procurement to the “Favorites” tab;
- add your notes to the tender.

If you planned to participate in the tender and selected a planned date in the range of deadlines for accepting bids, your name will appear on the tender card, and it will be in the "Scheduled" tab. The administrator of your company can plan the participation of a particular manager in the procurement. Then the name of this manager will appear on the tender card, and the purchase itself will appear with the manager and administrator in the "Scheduled" tab. For control, only the administrator himself can cancel this action.

It also provides all the information about each procedure:

- the subject of procurement;
- expected value;
- Prozorro and on-site procurement number
- organizer;
- type of bidding;
- procurement status and its deadline;
- CPV code and other useful information.
