The bureaucracy has long been known for its negative aspects, such as the ability to turn the market into a non-reciprocal system with ideal conditions for corruption. For a long time, such a state of affairs can not be changed, and the state was forced to spend resources and time inefficiently. However, the Trust Act establishes the basis for electronic document management, which, of course, does not destroy the bureaucracy itself, but it can reduce the number of human errors in business.

What is a trusted service?

This is a service that acts as a liaison between two (or more) participants in the interaction. A trust service is capable of forming a connection between these entities without interfering in their relationship.

Each legal entity receives a unique digital "key", and from them a common base is created, which should be created in accordance with the general EU standards. This will allow, firstly, to leave in the past mountains of paper and ordinary seals, and, secondly, to minimize the impact of the "human factor" by automating the process.

Forecasts for the future

Prospects for such an introduction are striking - according to the government, the Ukrainian economy can grow by € 24 billion. Also, new jobs and clients will be available for business (about 500 thousand), as the existence of such a base will allow cooperation with the digital bank of the EU. Moreover, this will lead to deeper integration of Ukraine into the world of electronic information space. And also will provide:

• proper conditions for conducting state policy of the proper level in the field of electronic trust services and its development;

• a decent level of protection of the rights of the subjects of trust services and equal access to them;

• protection of national technical solutions against discrimination and their technological neutrality and interoperability.

Even without economic education, one can realize the positive effects that will bring about a reduction of the power of the bureaucracy. It is worth noting the transitional period for business mentioned in the Law, as well as the procedures for coordinating the cooperation in this area with the EU.

How does the new law affect business processes?

The emergence of mechanisms such as registered electronic delivery, electronic identification, electronic stamp, electronic signature and electronic timestamp will save time and, therefore, resources for business representatives.

Law on trust service:

• provides conditions for reliable electronic authentication and identification;

• fixes at the legislative level the principles of state control in the field of trust services;

• simplifies international online services;

• creates conditions for the emergence of the main elements of digital services (electronic signatures, electronic documents, electronic identification).
