On the SmartTender.biz site, there have been changes in the functionality for Prozorro government customers regarding work with contracts:

1. The reasons for amending the contract have changed (the changes apply to all types of procedures).
2. The customer can change the value in the "VAT indicator in the contract" field.

About the Reasons for making Changes

From now on, state customers have 12 reasons (instead of 8, as it was before) for making changes to the contract under the Law "On Public Procurement" or under Resolution No. 1178.

About Changing the VAT Mark in the Contract

When adding an additional agreement and selecting the reason "Price change due to changes in tax rates and fees" and adjusting the agreement, you can change the VAT attribute.

Also, this feature is available for adjustment in the following cases:

- when performing the contract;
- upon termination of the contract.
