March 1, 2019, signed a Memorandum on cooperation on the implementation of the pilot project of "electronic catalogs". This is a big step towards the implementation of a new tool in public procurement. Objectives of e-catalogs:

improve the efficiency of sub-threshold procurement
make purchases of typical goods as fast and convenient as possible

Prozorro will implement this project together with the @Централізована закупівельна організація ДУ "Професійні закупівлі" (Professional procurements) and @Медичні закупівлі України (Medical Procurements of Ukraine). These institutions will become administrators of the e-catalog and will deal with their content.

“The practice of using electronic catalogs is widespread in Europe. Our project will bring public in Ukraine to a new level, improve the efficiency of suppliers and customers in the Prozorro system,” – said Sergey Sagun, director of Smartterder LLC.
