More About the Course

The course will run over four days between February 15-19 and will focus on the following topics:

1. Planning process organization, needs analysis, and determination of the subject of procurement and its expected value.
2. Algorithm for drawing up competitive technical problems: how to compare the company's requirements with market opportunities, find suppliers and conduct preliminary market consultations.
3. Drawing up an annual plan by the legislation, documentary administration of the plan, and the rules for its publication.
4. Rules for introducing and disclosing changes to the annual procurement plan in case of additional and unforeseen needs. Risks and their management.
