On September 22, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution regulating the procedure for the preparation and organization of electronic auctions to transfer land plots to ownership or use (lease, superficies, or emphyteusis).

What Is Regulated by This Document?

According to the decree, the organizers of land auctions (local governments and individuals) will be able to announce electronic auctions for the sale of agricultural land and their lease in the Prozorro.Sale system. In addition, a form of documentation for the lot for publication in the electronic system is established, as well as a list of documents to confirm compliance with the requirements of the Land Code of Ukraine, which must be provided by the participant of the land auction.

The administrator responsible for the operation and correct functioning of the electronic trading system is SE "Prozorro Sale". Access to auctions will be provided by accredited electronic platforms. Thus, SmartTender.biz users will be able to familiarize themselves with land auctions and take part in them as soon as they are published in the system.

How to Participate in an Auction for the Sale of Land?

2. Sign an agreement with SmartTender as the organizer of the auction.
3. Create and publish an auction announcement.
4. After the end of the auction, check the winner's bid for eligibility and sign the required documents.
