On June 24, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by Decree No. 723, adopted amendments to the Decree of the CMU No. 169 dated February 28, 2022 "Some issues of the implementation of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law", and to the Decree of the CMU No. 822 dated September 14, 2020 "On approval of the procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalog".

One of the important innovations was the establishment of the maximum commission for work in the Prozorro Market electronic catalog for the duration of martial law in Ukraine.

How Have Rates Changed?

From 06/29/2022 (the day when the changes approved by the Resolution of the CMU No. 723 officially came into force) and until the end or cancellation of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, the following tariffs for suppliers will apply in Prozorro Market:

1. For contracts up to UAH 50,000 inclusive – 3% commission from the purchase contract amount. In this case, nothing has changed.
2. For contracts worth more than UAH 50,000 and up to UAH 200,000 inclusive – 2% commission from the purchase contract amount, but not more than UAH 3,400.
3. For contracts worth more than UAH 200,000 – 1% commission of the purchase contract amount, but not more than UAH 3,400.

In other words, the interest rates remained the same, but the maximum commission rates under one contract for the total amounts over UAH 50,000 and over UAH 200,000 were determined.

Thus, until the end of martial law, suppliers selling their goods or services in Prozorro Market will pay no more than UAH 3,400 if they conclude an agreement with a customer.
