Two important orders of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine came into force this summer:

- in June – the Order from April 15, 2020 No 708 "On approval of the Procedure for determining the subject of procurement";
- in July – the Order from June 11, 2020 No 1082 "On approval of the Procedure for posting information on public procurement".

Updated Rules for Participation in Simplified Procurement

Also in July, another change took place: under the new legislation, the Prozorro system prohibited simplified procurement participants from uploading documents at the evaluation stage.
