The finalization will greatly facilitate the work with the publication of the report on the procurement agreement, which is especially important in modern conditions.

What Will Change?

All report information will be entered on one page and signed with an electronic signature only once. The fields to be filled in are already familiar to customers, the mandatory ones are marked with an asterisk. Please note that now you do not need to specify the terms of payment and information about the technical and qualitative characteristics of goods, works or services. How to Report Under the New Rules on the SmartTender.biz Site?

The new procedure for filling out and publishing a report on the SmartTender.biz site will be as follows:

1. In the procurement information, the price of the contract is indicated once in the appropriate field. It will automatically be pulled up in the fields "Amount of offer" and "Amount" of the contract.

2.In the fields of the delivery address, data about the location of the organization is automatically pulled up. You can change them if you wish.

3. In the "Supplier" block, the address of the supplier and the details of the contact person are optional. But if you need to mark the full name and email or phone number of the contact, this can be done by checking the appropriate box.

Supplier information is stored in the system. The next time you fill in the USREOU and click "Fill in automatically", the data will automatically be pulled into the appropriate fields.

4. In the next block, information about the contract is filled in. To facilitate work in the field of the initial date of the contract, the date of conclusion will be pulled up. Through the "Select file" button, it is possible to upload a contract document.

5. After filling in the required fields, click "Save" and view the draft purchase.

6. If the information is filled in correctly, confirm it by clicking the "Publish tender" button and signing the action with an electronic signature.

Please note! The publication of the procurement is the final stage of the publication of the report on the procurement contract concluded without the use of the electronic procurement system. If you agree to publish the purchase, its status will change to "Completed" and the specified data will appear on Prozorro.
