From November 1, 2021, a separate balance account to pay for orders of police clearance certificates will be allocated on SmartTender.biz. The reason for this change is the need to divide the payment for services including (ordering a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and excluding VAT (participation in public procurement and auctions).

How to Pay for MIA Certificates from November 1

To order a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on SmartTender.biz, you need to replenish the appropriate balance in advance for the required amount, since funds are debited automatically after an application for obtaining a certificate is submitted. To do this, follow these steps:

1. In the menu of your personal account, go to the "Balance" tab.
2. Select "Top up balance for certificates".
3. In the window that opens, indicate the amount with which you plan to replenish your account.
4. Choose a way to top up your balance:

- - online from a Visa or MasterCard bank card;
  - generate an invoice for payment.

After the funds are credited to the balance account for certificates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, you can apply for a certificate. The ordering procedure remains unchanged and is described in our instructions.
