Lease of land plots

The Kyiv City State Administration has put up four land plots up for electronic bidding to operate and maintain parking lots and car parks on residential and public land.

What Properties Are Available for Rent?

These plots of land are leased without the right to build on them. Details of the respective lots can be found below:

1. A land plot of 0.1704 hectares is located at 12 Kostiantyn Dankevych Street in the Desnyanskyi district of Kyiv. The starting price of the lot is UAH 145,836.38 without VAT. Bids can be submitted until July 11. More information is available on the auction page.
2. A land plot of 0.0846 hectares located on Orest Levytskyi Street (old name - Academician Kurchatov Street) in Desnyanskyi district of Kyiv. The starting price of the lot is UAH 87,507.73 without VAT. Bids can be submitted until July 11. More information is available on the auction page.
3. A land plot of 0.1213 hectares on Orest Levytskyi Street (old name - Academician Kurchatov Street) between houses No. 3 and No. 3a in the Desnyanskyi district of Kyiv. The starting price of the lot is UAH 125,469.12 without VAT. Bids can be submitted until July 11. More information is available on the auction page.
4. A land plot of 0.2042 hectares located at 6 Lisova Avenue in Desnyanskyi district of Kyiv. The starting price of the lot is UAH 211,218.42 without VAT. Bids can be submitted until July 12. More information is available on the auction page.
