SmartTender and the Center of Excellence in Procurement of Kyiv School of Economics are starting the Smart Summer with a nice present. We are announcing a raffle of free training for government customers on the online course "Preparing for Testing of Authorized Persons" from CEP KSE. It is open to the chairpersons or members of the tender committee and authorized persons of the public procurement contracting authority.

Conditions of the Competition

To participate in the competition, you need to be a registered user of SmartTender.biz and to answer 6 questions in the form below. We will be grateful if you answer as fully as possible. After that, you will automatically become a participant in the competition.

Answers will be accepted until 11:59 pm on July 13. We will select the winner of the competition on July 14 using a randomizer and check that the winner has met all the conditions. The selection process will be recorded on video and published on the SmartTender.biz Facebook page. Additionally, a letter will be sent to the winner by mail with instructions for further actions.
