From now on, each commercial customer can fully conduct the purchases in the site database, controlling the procurement process from the moment of creating a request for production and planning a purchase until the moment the goods are received. Buyers can use a convenient modern interface developed for the SmartTender.biz by the Spiilka design bureau, which created the design for such companies as Diya, PrivatBank, Nova Poshta, and Vodafone.

Updated Module Design for Working with Tenders

The new design of the module is designed in such a way as to be intuitive not only for experienced buyers but also for those who organize their tenders for the first time. The tools and format of the tender page simplify the work of both organizers with a small number of tenders, and corporations-customers with a significant volume of purchases.

New Module for Managing the Procurement Process – "Order"

The "Order" section allows buyers to quickly accept orders from other departments and managers and form a company's procurement plan. The order creation page looks like this:

All similar bids collected from different company's managers on the SmartTender.biz page will be consolidated into one, based on which a tender can be announced later. For example, if three managers of a company entered information into the site database that they want to purchase one laptop, this data is consolidated into a single purchase of three laptops.

“Procurement Plan” Module

Another new module – "Procurement Plan" allows you to plan purchases of an enterprise on the SmartTender.biz. Here are collected requisitions that have already been consolidated by purchasing group and delivery period. You can create a tender immediately from the procurement plan. The page looks like this:

To connect the modules, commercial customers who are already working on the SmartTender.biz with standard settings, just click the "Tender Management" shortcut in their personal account.

How to Start Using Modules If You Are Not Registered on SmartTender.biz?

To start working with the modules for receiving orders, planning, and announcing purchases on SmartTender.biz, you just need to register as a commercial customer on the site:

1. Open the registration form.
2. Fill in the appropriate fields.
3. Identify yourself at the site (for example, by imposing a QES).
