How to Use the New Tool?

After you have put an electronic signature on your offer, a corresponding inscription with the name of your electronic key file will appear on the page.

Click on the name of the key file to see detailed information about your signature, in particular about the type of media, signature, and certificate.

The new functionality will help you check your signature for compliance with the requirements of the tender documents immediately upon submitting an offer. This saves time and helps to avoid one of the most common mistakes – signing an offer with an incorrect signature.

The tool is available to all registered SmartTender.biz users who submit an offer from our site.

What to Do if the Type of Your Signature Does Not Match the Customer's Requirements?

More and more government customers are asking suppliers to use the QES to sign tenders.
