The new opportunities for tenants have appeared on the SmartTender.biz, by the new rules of the Prozorro Sale system. Now you can register three types of applications:

- to include your property in the list of the first or second type;
- for renting property (to initiate an auction for an object of interest to you);
- to renew lease agreements.

Why Are Such Improvements Implemented?

The Law "On the Lease of State and Communal Property", which entered into force on February 01, 2020, contains a provision stating that tenants can submit these types of applications only using the ETS (electronic trading system) Prozorro.Sale. In response to this, the system developed the functionality necessary for applications submitting, and after it, this functionality was integrated by the SmartTender.biz platform. Now users of the site can submit applications by filling out electronic forms in their account.

How to Apply on the SmartTender.biz?

Follow the steps below to submit your selected application on the SmartTender.biz.

Object Search

First, find the required object:

1. Log in or register on the site and go to your account. Be sure to fill out your profile before applying.
2. In the "Rent" menu, select the "Register" section – it contains a list of all objects published in Prozorro.Sale.
3. Find the object you want using various search filters, in particular, sorting by object type.
4. Opposite the name of the found object, click the "Add application" button (Fig. 1). You will see a page with electronic fields to fill out. You can also find such a button on the description page of the selected object.

Filling Out the Application Form

Now fill out an application for the selected property, which will be sent to the landlord:

1. In the appropriate field, indicate the type of application (Fig. 2):

- - lease extension application – submitted on behalf of the current tenant to extend the lease agreement by holding an auction or without it;
  - an application for renting a property – is submitted to initiate the conclusion of a lease agreement by holding an auction or without it;
  - an application for the inclusion of an object in the list of the first or second type if its description indicates that it has not yet been included in them.

2. Fill in the "Application description" field manually. Please note that the entered information will be open to all ETS users. To apply for a lease extension, please provide the following information:

- - the lease continues with or without an auction;
  - what documents are attached to the application;
  - data on the current lease;
  - other essential conditions that you think are important to indicate.

3. Click the "Save" button. At this stage, the application will be saved as a draft, so you can upload the necessary documents to it and correct the entered data.

Application Publication

The last step – the publication of the application. The application will be automatically sent to the landlord of the property for processing.

Please note that after the application is published, you will not be able to make changes to it.
