Extract of Non-Conviction

Another convenient function has been added to the Diia application – ordering an extract about the absence or presence of convictions, criminal charges, or restrictions provided for by Ukrainian criminal procedural legislation.

Where May This Document Be Needed?

Suppliers can use the extract to participate in public procurement. In peacetime, the participant recognized as the winner of the auction had to provide a certificate of no criminal record. Now that's enough of an extract.

The extract can also be provided for issuing permits for traveling abroad, obtaining documents from social security institutions, employment, adoption, registration at the military commissariat, etc. Every year, about 1 million Ukrainians send a request for the formation of such a document.

How to Order an Extract Through the Diia Application?

To receive a document through the application on a smartphone or a tablet, follow several steps:

1. Open the Diia application and go to the "Services" – "Certificates and Extracts" section.

2. Select "Extract of a criminal record". If your application does not have such a service, update it or proceed to order an extract through the Diia portal.

3. Read the information on obtaining a statement and proceed to the order.

4. Select the purpose for which the document is ordered (for example, "Regulation of participation in the procurement procedure") and select the type of extract.
5. Confirm the presence or absence of personal data changes, indicate the place of birth and, if necessary, update contact data.
6. Confirm the validity of the entered data by ticking the appropriate box and sending the request.

If the central database contains the necessary information about you that does not require additional verification, the extract will be generated automatically and will be sent to your mail within a few minutes.

It will also appear in the "Received documents" section of the Diia portal.

How to Order an Extract Through the Diia Portal in the Browser?

To get the document, follow several steps:

1. Open the Diia portal in the browser.
2. Select the "Services" – "Certificates and Extracts" section.

3. Among the proposed documents, select "Extract of no criminal record".

4. If the data in your profile needs to be updated, the system will issue a corresponding message. In this case, fill in the data correctly, and after that proceed again to the registration of the criminal record statement.
5. If necessary, update information about the applicant.

6. Select the type of extract.
7. Select the purpose of the request (for example, "Participation in the public procurement procedure").

8. Confirm the presence or absence of changes in personal data.
9. Enter your place of birth and send your request.

After that, the system will issue a notification regarding the formation of an extract within 10 working days. But if the central database contains the necessary information about you that does not require additional verification, the extract will be generated automatically and will be sent to your mail within a few minutes. It will also appear in the "Received documents" section of the Diia portal.
